It comprises a mixture of 28 one person and two person flats and has a laundry room, guest room and communal lounge. All flats are fitted with build in ovens and hobs, fridge-freezers and walk in showers. The court is on a circular bus route with easy access to the main shopping area. There is a small parade of shops at the end of the road which includes a convenience store, a fish & chip shop, an Indian takeaway and a Chinese takeaway. The court has various visiting services including hairdressers, chiropodists and fruit and vegetable vans.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
