All flats are equipped with an oven, hob, fridge and a bathroom. On-site facilities include a communal lounge, library, snooker room, laundry room and two well decorated guest bedrooms with shower and toilet facilities. The court is situated within a ten minutes walk of the centre of Bingley with a wide range of local amenities and the railway station and all bus services can be located there.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
