There is a Court Manager who lives on site and an Assistant Court Manager. There are two laundry rooms, and a large guest room for visitors.The court is located on the outskirts of the City, in a semi rural area, but is only one mile from the City centre, with a good regular Bus service from just outside the court. Winchester is a beautiful City and is the ancient Capital, home to Winchester Cathedral and King Arthur's Round Table. It is steeped with local History around Oliver Cromwell and King Alfred. There are 24 studio flats, 45 one bedroom flats and 9 two bedroom flats on site.
Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
