Consisting of 29 one bedroom, two person flats, Evans Williams Court is a peaceful and tranquil court. On-site facilities include a communal lounge with a kitchen, games room, library, laundry room and a double bedded guestroom. Evans Williams Court is on a main bus route into Newport, where you can get buses to the rest of the Island. There are three car ferry and three foot passenger terminals to get on and off the island. Doctor’s surgeries, chemists, a Post Office, a hairdressers, an Italian restaurant and two pubs make up the local amenities.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
