"The all-new, 60-apartment, Extra Care Housing development for people aged 55+ in Brunswick is due for completion early 2021.

Residents at the new development will have their own apartments aimed at single people and couples aged 55+ and whilst there will be a dedicated care team based on-site 24-hours a day, not everyone has to have care needs; the idea is that it’s a home for life with no need to move to more suitable accommodation if care needs ever change.

The idea is that especially as people are living much longer these days, it’s a home for life with no need to move to more suitable accommodation if personal needs ever change. Facilities include a communal area, bistro, hair salon, community centre and rooftop gardens. More information in the documents at the bottom of the page.

If you or anyone you know would like to register an interest in renting an apartment please get in touch – application form here which you can email info@s4bmanchester.co.uk or post to the S4B housing office, 15 Brunswick Street, M13 9SU (visits to the office are currently by appointment only)."
