There are private rear gardens, garaging and parking spaces.

St Ives is well known for its beaches and is a very popular holiday resort on the north Cornwall coast. The town was once one of the most successful fishing ports in the south-west with exports to Europe in the 19th century.

Today fishing has given over to tourism as the main industry with the Tate St Ives gallery, restaurants, cafes and a bustling centre. The old town has many 18th century cottages and the 15th century church has a Madonna and Child carved by Barbara Hepworth in the Lady Chapel. Dame Barbara was one of St Ives' most famous artists and there is a museum of her works in the town. The Leach Pottery is still active and there is a small museum of Bernard Leach's work." Show less
