These are available to either purchase or rent, with a monthly community fee payable in both cases to cover many of the building maintenance, utilities and service costs. For those who choose to purchase, we operate a "Buy Back" scheme which guarantees that we'll repurchase your apartment for the same price that you originally paid, subject to reasonable deductions for any repairs, arrears and legal costs. This is designed to provide total peace of mind for apartment owners, by avoiding price fluctuation on the open market.
Located in the heart of West Didsbury, the village centre provides a vibrant hub for community events, with facilities including a gym, hair salon, bistro, therapy room, function rooms, library and gardens, including a roof garden.
Built on the site of the former Morris Feinmann Home, we work closely with the Feinmann Trust to enable customers to observe a Jewish religious and cultural way of life, celebrating Jewish festivals and weekly Shabbat traditions. We are a kosher building and the village centre includes a synagogue, where regular services are held. Of course, we also welcome people of other faiths or no faith and our customers live side by side, within an inclusive, integrated community.
