Show more "Belong Warrington, our state-of-the-art community care village in Loushers Lane, Warrington, boasts a vibrant village centre, with facilities including a bistro, hair salon, exercise studio, function room and therapy rooms.Belong Warrington offers 18 self-contained apartments for independent living in Regency Court. These are available to either purchase or rent, with a monthly community fee payable in both cases to cover many of the building maintenance, utilities and service costs.

For those who choose to purchase, we operate a "Buy Back" scheme which guarantees that we'll repurchase your apartment for the same price that you originally paid, subject to reasonable deductions for any repairs, arrears and legal costs. This is designed to provide total peace of mind for apartment owners, by avoiding price fluctuation on the open market.
Renters pay rent and a monthly community fee to contribute towards the costs of the services provided. Purchasers also pay the monthly community fee.
We also offer a number of high quality care services to the wider community, including home care, a specialist day care service and an Admiral Nurse support service for people with dementia and their carers." Show less
