Show more "Belong Wigan, the town's hugely popular village in Millers Lane, is rated 'OUTSTANDING' by the CQC and offers 54 self-contained independent living apartments, vibrant village facilities including bistro and salon, plus a vibrant programme of activities and events.Jasmine Court and Honeysuckle Court apartments are available to either purchase or rent, with a monthly community fee payable in both cases to cover many of the building maintenance, utilities and service costs.

For those who choose to purchase, we operate a "Buy Back" scheme which guarantees that we'll repurchase your apartment for the same price that you originally paid, subject to reasonable deductions for any repairs, arrears and legal costs. This is designed to provide total peace of mind for apartment owners, by avoiding price fluctuation on the open market.
Renters pay rent and a monthly community fee to contribute towards the cost of the services provided. Purchasers also pay the monthly community fee.
Apartment residents have access to a vibrant village centre on their doorstep, with facilities including a licensed bistro, hair salon, entertainment venue and specialist exercise studio.
