Show more "Bell Rotary House offers a welcoming and lively environment for residents seeking an active lifestyle. With 19 ensuite rooms—some suitable for couples—this thoughtfully designed home combines the charm of a traditional Belfast house with the comfort and accessibility of modern living.

A full-time professional chef prepares all meals on-site, catering to a wide range of tastes and dietary needs.

In 2024, the gardens at Bell Rotary underwent a professional redesign, transforming them into a vibrant sensory garden with tranquil seating areas, colourful planting, and dedicated spaces for growing vegetables. This new layout has been a hit with residents, who enjoy the calming atmosphere, the opportunity to engage with nature, and the beautiful surroundings.

Conveniently located just off the leafy Kings Road, Bell Rotary is only a short walk from the vibrant heart of Ballyhackamore, known for its selection of shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars. The nearby Comber Greenway provides a scenic route for walking, while excellent public transport links connect residents easily to Connswater, the city centre, Stormont, Dundonald, and the Ulster Hospital.

Inside, Bell Rotary features three comfortable sitting rooms and a small kitchen where residents can prepare drinks and snacks. All bedrooms are ensuite with level-access showers, and cosy seating areas are found throughout the house, encouraging social interaction and relaxation.

Although no longer our largest house, Bell Rotary remains one of our most popular, thanks to its busy programme of activities, newly enhanced gardens, and strong sense of community." Show less
