The stunning Victorian architecture of the area remains today leaving the impression of a leafy Victorian suburb but with all the amenities of the city.The building was a church until the 1990’s when it was converted to a care home. Owners Forth Care Ltd, bought the care home in December 2013 and immediately began a refurbishment programme with a budget of £300,000.
The first phase was to improve fire safety measures. On completion of this phase 2 began – upgrading the interior to meet the new
owner’s standards.
