Show more "Located in the heart of the beautiful North Somerset countryside, Sandford Station retirement village stands alongside the famous Strawberry Line cycle path. The original station building forms part of the site, and the Station Master’s cottage is now a retirement home for purchase within the sheltered accommodation in the village.

There are 108 retirement homes, consisting of cottages and flats for independent living, each boasting the usual mod-cons: central heating; a fitted kitchen and a 'wet-room' level access shower. Many of the first floor flats here have a 'room in the roof', which provides additional living space that is useful as an extra bedroom or for a hobbies room in which to spread out.

The mixture of care and facilities that are available combine to provide for every aspect of an individual's needs for retirement where everyone has the privacy of their own front door and space to live independently.

We have retirement homes for sale at Sandford Station retirement village through our lease purchase scheme, which enables individuals to buy a lifetime lease or on a part-rent, part buy, part rent option. There are also 20 retirement homes available to rent through North Somerset Council.

St Monica Trust is an ARCO Approved Operator." Show less
