Each apartment contains a hall, living room, kitchen and one or two large bedrooms. Bathrooms contain a walk in shower and non-slip flooring. Kitchens are fully fitted with built in electric hob and oven at waist height, nonslip flooring and a window looking out onto the communal corridor. There’s also space for your own fridge, freezer and washing machine/dryer. Each apartment also has a digital TV aerial, telephone socket and ample built in storage cupboards.

Each apartment has an entry phone system with CCTV which will allow you to view visitors at the main entrance on your own television. You can then let your visitors in through the main entrance without leaving your home. The main entrance to the building is secure and there are further secure entrances to your private accommodation.

You will have the security of flexible personal home care according to your needs with an emphasis on independence. Apartments are fitted with a community alarm which means that help is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week in an emergency." Show less
