It offers weekly resident social activities at the court including bingo, coffee morning, craft sessions, Tai Chi lessons and theme nights. There are 27 one bedroom, single and double occupancy flats, which all have scenic views of the picturesque gardens. On-site facilities at the court include a communal lounge, laundry room and a guest room. Local amenities boasted nearby include two GP surgeries, a chemist, a supermarket and a post office. The excellent local bus network runs from Accrington through Whitworth to Rochdale.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
