It comprises 41 one bedroom and studio flats including some of mobility standard, all in well maintained gardens. There are resident management staff and a community alarm service. Facilities include lift, lounge, laundry, guest facilities and garden. Local shops and services are close by and there is a bus stop nearby for travel to the town centre, harbour and marina which are only about a mile away. There are frequent social activities for residents to enjoy.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
