It comprises of 28 one bedroom flats some of which are to mobility standards.and 1 two bedroom flat. The flats have recently had their bathrooms re-modelled with low level showers installed.

The facilities include lounge, guest room, laundry and communal gardens. The local Spar shop, Post Office Local, Hairdressers and Chippy are near to the Court.

Our Court Manager service is an important and integral part of Housing&Care21's approach to supporting residents.it is designed to offer support and security to the court and to those residents who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their home.
