The onsite facilities include lift, laundry, communal lounge, hair dressers, guest room and an award winning garden. Services which visit the court include mobile library, chiropodist, prescription delivery service, prepared meals and book & gifts sales.Within the community lounge many events are organised by the active social committee, including coffee mornings, bingo, and much more. The committee also arranges day trip to social events.
Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
