We also have one three bed flat on the court. The court is on the edge of Berryhill Fields where there are pleasant walks, fishing pond and lots of wildlife. On site facilities include a communal lounge, guest room, laundry, visiting hairdresser and chiropodist. Large communal gardens and patio area. All communal areas have recently undergone a full design led makeover for residents to enjoy. Regular activities organised on the court, bingo, coffee mornings, sales, fish and chip and pub lunches. Local shop, chemist within walking distance of the court. Bus stop near the court to take residents into town. Full time Court Manager service and 24 hr digital emergency call system is in place.
