Show more "Viscount Cobham court is a sheltered housing scheme on Pickersleigh Road in Malvern and provides a mixture of 37 studios and flats. All flats are fully self-contained with a private bathroom and fitted kitchen with oven, hob and fridge freezer. On-site facilities include a laundry room, communal lounge, guest room and pleasant communal gardens. The court is within a two minute walk of a bus stop, with regular journeys to the town centre, local retail park and the city of Worcester. There is also a train station nearby, with direct trains to both Birmingham and London. Local amenities can be accessed within walking distance of the court and include a Post Office and shop, fish and chip shop and a petrol station.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing & Care 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
