Kinnear Wing consists of 12 one bedroom two person flats, and 20 studio apartments. It has its own communal lounge, laundry room and guest facilities. The Court is within easy access of local amenities including a GP surgery, Post Office, supermarket, library and a bingo hall. Public transport is excellent, with the Court being situated on the main bus route to Dudley, Stourbridge and Birmingham via the well-known Merry Hill Shopping Complex.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing & Care 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
