Pearce court is five mi..." Show more "Pearce Court is situated on the outskirts of the city of Lichfield. The court has 23 flats, and all have their own kitchen and bathroom. Some flats have views over the gardens. Pearce court is five minutes by car into Lichfield Centre. There is a regular (15minute) circular bus service which picks up outside Pearce Court and drops off in the main city centre. There are several GP surgeries within easy reach, as well as a post office and a local supermarket. Various social activities include the library service, mobile hairdresser, bingo and garden parties. A guest room for visitors is available via a booking system. Court amenities include use of a laundry room and a communal lounge. The court benefits from ramp access and a 24 hour security door entry system.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
