Show more "George Hill Court, situated in the north end of Stafford, is a small and friendly court of just 22 flats. Each flat is self-contained with its own bathroom and kitchen, which is equipped with an electric oven. On-site facilities include a communal lounge, laundry room, guest room and well kept and attractive gardens. The court has a resident court manager with a 24/7 emergency call system when they are not there. The court is a five minute walk away from good local amenities with a GP surgery, chemist, newsagent, pub, café and butcher all on hand. Stafford town centre is a ten minute bus journey away where more amenities can be reached.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.

Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
