The court is made up of one bed flats, studio flats and a newly remodelled two bedroom flat. The bus stop is a short walk away where there is easy access into the town centre. Locally there are a number of amenities including a newsagent, post office, hairdressers, chemist and an Indian takeaway. On-site facilities include a full time resident court manager, a guest room, communal washing facilities, a communal lounge, hairdressers and a chiropodist.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
