There are some three bedroom and studio flats and the court includes some mobility standard homes. there are non-resident management staff and a community alarm service. Facilities include lift, lounge, laundry, guest facilities and garden. Local shops and services are within good reach and a bus service will take you into the town centre. There are many and varied social activities organised by residents.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
