All flats contain a fitted kitchen, a fridge-freezer or separate units and a cooker. All flats are decorated to a high standard. For those of you who don't like to cook, there is a chip shop located on the corner of the car park. On-site facilities provide a guest bedroom, communal lounge and a laundry room; available for use by all residents. There are bus stops outside the court that provide regular travel to Nottingham, Derby, Mansfield and Sutton.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
