There are resident management staff and community alarm service. Facilities include lift, lounge, laundry, guest facilities and well maintained garden and grounds. The local shop is close by and there is a near bus stop for travel into the town centre or the historic town of Chesterfield just three miles away. Residents enjoy regular social activities.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
