Situated a mile from the town centre, there are very good transport links and the bus stop is only a short distance from the court. Charles Watson Court consists of 23 studios, 14 one bedroom flats and two double bedroom flats. Facilities include a large communal lounge, guest room, laundry room and a quiet reading room. The gardens are large and well maintained with potting sheds and a greenhouse. There is also an on-site car park suitable for 11 cars.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
