It is in easy reach of local facilities, including a local store open 6am to 10pm each day. The town centre is a short bus ride away, and the Tram stop is just outside out gates, taking you into town, the train station, local hospital and Clifton and Hucknall.There is a pleasant, large Communal Lounge which is available for private functions by Residents.
