The scheme consists of 19 flats, 1 two bedroom property, and 4 one bedroom properties for up to two people. The remaining 14 properties are single person studios. A mobile library and hairdresser pay regular visits to the scheme. There is a wide range of local amenities, including a newsagents, chemists and doctors. The town centre is only a 10 minute walk away, and the scheme is within easy reach of the canal basin which offers very attractive amenities such as a café, barges, local wildlife and a hotel and restaurant. The court has a pleasant communal lounge, laundry room and guest room. There is a 24 hour emergency call system and door entry system for your security.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing & Care 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
