The scheme consists of 19 flats, 1 two bedroom property, and 4 one bedroom properties for up to two people. The remaining 14 properties are single person studios. A mobile library and hairdresser pay regular visits to the scheme. There is a wide range of local amenities, including a newsagents, chemists and doctors. The town centre is only a 10 minute walk away, and the scheme is within easy reach of the canal basin which offers very attractive amenities such as a café, barges, local wildlife and a hotel and restaurant. The court has a pleasant communal lounge, laundry room and guest room.
