Zumba gold is designed for seniors and anyone who can participate in low impact exercise.  It was taken from the original zumba programme and tailor made for such an audience.  It is about having fun, laughing, enjoying the music and exercising at the same time, keeping mobile which is most important in the later years.  We have had massive success with our relationship with the extra care homes with residence up to 102 years of age enjoying this wonderful programme.
