Our fully qualified & licensed fitness instructors can provide your care facility with a fun, easy to follow seated workout. Using safe & appropriate exercises to create a suitable & unique class.

This specialised Exercise Class is aimed at older audiences & has been adapted to suit those with any physical or psychological limitation. Making it accessible for those with dementia & anyone with poor mobility who may be unable to stand.

Ideal for a Care Home environment, sessions consist of an easy to follow ‘watch & copy’ approach. choreographed to well known music of all decades whilst including Zumbas own unique Latin inspired songs. all performed from the comfort of a chair.
