The class is suitable for people new to exercise and active older adults (men and women). All ages and levels are welcome, it's always beginner friendly.
Learn to do salsa,merengue, rock & roll, disco, flamenco plus many more (no partner needed)
You don't even have to be able to dance, the steps are easy to do.
