Ukulele Ben
I am a ukulele player who performs songs from the 1950s to the present day. I have spent ten years performing, as a soloist and as part of a band, in care homes, social groups, and community events.
I also lead Singing for the Brain sessions locally: An Alzheimer's Society initiaive that brings people affected by dementia together to sing a variety of songs they know and love, in a fun and friendly environment. I use percussion instruments to encourage more interaction to the sessions.
