The Laughter Path
Laughter Yoga Therapy is good for your mind body and soul. Don't be put off by the words Yoga or Therapy. It is fun and simple to follow and laughter is induced by fun games movement breathing and singing. Endorphins are released in your brain to make you feel happier for longer and it boosts your immune system. Plus if you have the facility I will make you tea and bicky's and we can laugh and enjoy the company then sing old favourites x
