The First Fab Four
'The First Fab Four' uses music and narration to present the work of the Younger Romantic poets John Keats, George Gordon Lord Byron, Leigh Hunt and Percy Bysshe Shelley, suggesting that they were a Beatles-like force in their own time.
Exploring their lives and work in a series of folk-rock songs and narration, John spends 20 minutes giving context and background to the song lyrics that are drawn from the poets' works, and then shows the 40 minute film that features songs, narration and images relevant to their lives.
