Seated dance, dance and entertainment and specialist arts projects
Generation Arts engages older people in non-competitive, expressive and creative activities that promote independence, confidence and good mental and physical health. We reach hundreds of people every year through our range of activities, which include arts groups, taster sessions, dance and intergenerational projects.
We provide activity in local arts venues, as well as community centres, day care, residential care homes and other places at the heart of communities. Please visit our website to see examples of our work. We are a small charity, governed by older people who recognise that arts can often be better than medicine.
