Lollipop Ponies
Pony therapy is just one of the ways to engage older people. Lollipop Pony Parties ensures cuddly miniature Shetland ponies trot over to care homes across the UK. The cost of the visit is £95.00
Oscar, Bubbles, Angel and, of course, Lollypop are on hand to give residents a day to remember. The ponies bring comfort to the residents who love handling, petting and grooming them.
The residents immediately get involved in the visits, which generally last for an hour. The more active residents meet the ponies for lots of cuddles. Residents restricted to their beds, would also get a visit from these furry, four-legged friends, with ponies resting their head on bedsides and providing comfort and joy to residents.
