Kiddleydivey has offered lively, interactive, therapeutic music sessions for older people for more than 18 years.
Kiddleydivey works in residential care and nursing homes throughout Bath, Chippenham, Swindon and the surrounding area.
The sessions are specifically designed to encourage gentle exercise, activity and social interaction, as well as stimulate memory function and conversation.
Each themed session has been carefully created by a music therapist and a doctor of musicology to stimulate both body and mind. With the use of props such as pom poms, bubbles, hoops, hats and percussion instruments, singing, gentle dancing, activity and mobility are encouraged in a fun and lively way.
