I am a professional oral storyteller who delights in engaging listeners to take part in creating stories, and telling their own stories
I tell traditional stories from around the world- the younger folk and their daring exploits, but also the wisdom of the elders and the role they play in society.
I run workshops to encourage creative aging through storytelling - either to create a group story that i tell back, or personal story through reminisence and prompts like objects and photos. I can also run creative writing - either prose or poetry.
I am a published author - including "Devon Ghost Tales" - winner of the 2020 Storytelling World Award for best anthology. I can tell you some ghost stories on dark and stormy nights!
