Imagine Me Creative
Our creative workshops are structured and designed to facilitate opportunities for people with varying degrees in need and abilities, to express their personal identity. Using a variety of creative activities and mediums, we create a creative ‘space’ for participants to interact and engage with others in the group and where possible, include care staff and family members to get involved too!
Workshops available:Art and Dementia (maximum 8 people per 1 hour session).
This workshop uses reminiscence and theatre based imagination techniques to engage people living with dementia in forms of self expression.
Reminiscence and Performance (large groups -1 hour)
This workshop delivers a variety of engagement through using antique props, books, pastime music, singing and fashion.
Arts and craft workshop (maximum 10 people per 2 hour session).
Painting (watercolour/acrylic),
printing
collage.
Clay modelling,
mosaic (2 x 2hr sessions)
textiles,
puppetry (2 x 2hr sessions)
making gifts.
