I’ve been in the entertainment industry as a semi-pro musician/ singer/ songwriter/ actor for over 40 years and, in that time, have appeared on the same bill as such renowned acts as Russell Watson, Edwin Starr, the Real Thing, Jools Holland and his R'n'B Orchestra to name but a few.

I retired from that facet of my music career following a most enjoyable few years playing keyboards and singing with 70's chart-toppers Brian and Michael's band, The Matchstalk Men.

I’ve also been lucky enough to appear in panto (it’s behind me!) on TV (Coronation Street, Emmerdale, a couple of ads and TV series) and in movies (blink and you miss me!!).

When I retired from my full-time job as a hospice fundraiser in 2013, I decided to concentrate my efforts towards performing specifically for Residential, Care and Nursing Homes, Sheltered Accommodation facilities, Community Centres and Well-Being Cafés in and around Rochdale, Oldham, Bury, Bolton, North Manchester and parts of West Yorkshire.

In order to cater for those many different kinds of audience, I am able to sing a wide selection of material; in fact everything from Bing Crosby, through the decades, right up to Michael Bublé. I like to inject my set with humour and I encourage the audience to join in as best they can...and I reckon I must be doing something right because I keep getting asked back!

 All my electrical equipment has been PAT tested, I am fully covered by Public Liability Insurance and I also possess a DBS (formerly CRB) Certificate.
