Seated Exercise-Falls Prevention sessions  Over three thousand care homes, day centers and community groups have enjoyed have enjoyed our unique exercise sessions across the UK.  The sessions are unique to the needs of each group.   You'll have the confidence of a team of entertainers familiar with physical needs of older people, reminiscence, inter-action and dementia.
