Franz Hepburn
Franz is a Bass-Baritone from The Bahamas with a three octave range and his deep voice is often compared to Paul Robeson. He is a Finalist from Channel 4's award winning Operatunity TV programme which aired in 2003. He has performed live on BBC Radio 3 and other BBC regional radio stations. His repertoire covers opera, music theatre, spirituals and hymns and his main objective is to uplift and encourage people through the power of music. He has performed in most of the major towns and cities in the UK and has also performed in Dubai, Spain, Germany, France, Ireland, The Bahamas and USA. Franz is an authorised fundraiser for Dementia UK, Music in Hospitals and Cancer Research UK. Apart from concerts and charity events, Franz strongly believes in the therapeutic impact of music particularly among the elderly and is committed to using his vocal gift to do performances in retirement and care homes.
