Eclipsearts Circus Skills - Wow!

eclipseArts provides engaging, interactive circus entertainment for care homes, retirement living communities, sheltered housing schemes, day centres and community groups across Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Devon, Dorset and South Wales.

Led by professional performer Tom Makin, with over 30 years of experience, our performances are designed to encourage participation, laughter, movement and conversation. Residents can enjoy a fun and relaxed session featuring juggling, plate spinning, diabolo demonstrations, balancing skills, magic, comedy, gentle audience participation, reminiscence and circus storytelling, with opportunities for those who wish to have a go in a safe and supportive environment.

Every performance is adapted to suit the audience, whether residents are active and independent or require seated participation. Sessions can be lively and interactive or more relaxed, making them suitable for residential care homes, nursing homes, dementia-friendly settings, retirement villages and community day centres.

eclipseArts also provides themed entertainment for summer fairs, family visiting days, Christmas celebrations, garden parties, anniversaries and special events. Stilt walkers, balloon modelling and colourful walkabout entertainment are available for larger celebrations where appropriate.

We are fully insured with £10 million Public Liability Insurance through Equity, DBS checked and can provide risk assessments if required. We supply all equipment, are completely self-contained with our own battery-powered sound system, and are happy to work with activity coordinators to tailor each visit to your residents' interests and abilities.

Based near Bristol and Bath, we regularly perform in Bristol, Bath, Keynsham, Weston-super-Mare, Clevedon, Nailsea, Portishead, Thornbury, Yate, Chippenham, Trowbridge, Frome, Wells, Glastonbury, Bridgwater, Taunton and throughout the South West.

Our aim is simple: to bring smiles, laughter, gentle exercise and memorable shared experiences that residents, staff and visiting families will enjoy together.
