Alan Rogers - Humorous Speaker - 'A Policeman's Lot"
For approximately 45 minutes, Alan focusses on his life and work within Warwickshire Police over his 33 year career. It includes a broad spectrum of humourous anecdotes from that time, which when combined with Alan's humour and unequivocal enthusiasm, will encapsulate the clientele.
The talk covers a whole range of stories including comical court room proceedings and several incidences that lead to the unexpected requirement of somewhat improvised police procedures. Alan also touches upon his first arrest within the Police and a detailed account of the time he stood guard over the royal lavatory.
To conclude his time on stage, the audience will be given the opportunity to interact with Alan and ask their own questions to delve further into any of his Police experiences if they so wish.
