A Trip Down Memory lane with Julieanna
Hi My Name is Julieanna I has been singing professionally for 18 years. I thoroughly enjoy performing which always comes across in my shows as i have worked in the care industry myself as a carer. I have sang in Nursing Homes, Sheltered Housing, Residential Care Homes, Day Centres and Disabled Care Homes, Hospitals, performing for both young and older people.
My shows are fun and exciting with musical instruments for the residents to play and I sing many different styles of music and can accommodate all ages. I have experience working with people who are terminally ill and those that have Alzheimer's, dementia, and severe physical handicaps and learning disabilities. I love to get the residents to join in and sing along and dance if able, to boost their moral.
I have performed in many care homes in and around west yorkshire. Generally the shows are 1 hr in length but can be longer if requested. I am based in Halifax West Yorkshire and work as a professional singer. Most of the care home shows are during the day but can be adaptable to early evenings Monday-Friday if required.
I can also do a 1940's Tribute show with WW2 Army and Navy Uniforms on request and I also do a Tribute to Vera Lynn www.dameveralynntribute.co.uk
