WIN Wellbeing at Home
What does it do?
Wellbeing at Home is part of the WIN (Wellbeing & Independence Network) and focuses on providing a range of practical support in and around someone’s home environment, specifically supporting people who, without the service, are likely to struggle to remain living at home independently and safely.
To those that meet the criteria it provides free short-term practical support and / or help to people to organise longer-term arrangements. It is prioritised towards people who are overcoming acute or sudden changes in their circumstances.
