Turners Oak isn't your typical estate agency.
Many of our clients haven't moved for over 30 years. We work with older home owners and their families to navigate and support the emotional, practical and logistical uniqueness of a move in later life.
We understand that even considering a move in later life can be challenging, both for older movers and their families. Selling a much loved family home, full of memories and a lifetime's possessions, can be both emotionally and logistically daunting. We also know that moving to a new home, perhaps in a more favourable location or with a more suitable layout, often results in an improved quality of life and enjoyment for our clients.
We are purpose-driven and people-centric.
By reimagining the role of an estate agent as a consultant to the whole moving journey we demystify the moving process and empower clients to make informed decisions that are right for them.
We trust and empower our people without micro-management, stifling commission structures or outdated hierarchies. We do not incentivise behaviours that compromise our purpose and encourage our team to work collaboratively to create a business that allows all to flourish in alignment.

What it costs:
We offer a consultancy service and a full estate agency service.
The cost of the consultancy service depends on the advice and support required and is then deducted from the full estate agency service fee if a client goes on to sell their home with us. The full estate agency service fee is 1.5% +VAT of the sales price of the home.
