Our charges vary based upon the level of care needed and your location, but we offer a competitve rate compared to the rest of the market. We also accept those in receipt of Direct Payments and Personal Health Budget looking to switch their services over to us. A pre-assessment will be conducted before arranging a FREE personalised in home care assessment. 

The aim of the in home care assessment is to find out your needs and outcomes for your care, as well as performing a risk assessment of your care needs to ensure the safety of both yourself and the care staff. If you are unable to communicate your care needs effectively, we can arrange for a family member or advocate to be present to help establish your needs and wants. 

Following on from the assessment, we will match you with the most suitable carers based upon your needs. We will arrange for you to meet your care team before starting, so that you can be familar with who will be providing you with your care on a consistent basis. Our aim is to provide you with a regualr care team to provide you with continuity of your care needs to cover all circumstances (emergency and staff holidays/illness).
