Tandem is a bespoke service tailor-made to each person’s individual needs and situation. Our Care workers can assist with a range of activities including personal practical tasks at home, shopping, domestic support, companionship, leisure activities and supporting with hospital and other appointments, through to supporting people with complex conditions such as dementia, Parkinsons, stroke or palliative care.

All our workers are employed locally and undergo a comprehensive recruitment and selection process. We provide on-going support and training to ensure we continue to deliver a friendly, flexible service that meets people’s needs.
